Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia  who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entries from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories are also eligible.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 6/8/2026 and ends on 6/30/2026 at 11:59 PM CST.

A purchase will increase your chances of winning.

Purchase Entry Method

Participants may receive entries by purchasing eligible giveaway merchandise from the website during the giveaway period.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Custom hustler motorcycles Giveaway Mini Quad

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $7,000 USD

Winner may elect to receive a cash alternative of $5,000 USD in lieu of the vehicle.

No substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via phone, email, or social media within seven (7) days of the drawing.

If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

Shipping and Delivery

The winner is responsible for arranging transportation or pickup of the prize. Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photographs, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.

Release of Liability

Participants agree to release and hold harmless hustler motorcycles, its owners, affiliates, employees, and sponsors from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, ownership, or use of the prize.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

Governing Law

This giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
